Help for Forgot Password page
This page allows existing users to access their accounts in case they have forgotten their password.
There are short-links to pages- "Forgot Password?", "Login" and "Register Now".
Following is the description of the fields on the page.
Forgot Password
User may get a link to reset his/her password and access his/her acount when he/she has forgotten the password by following these 3 simple steps:
1. Enter your UserID in this field and click on the "Submit" button.
2. This page displays your UserID, Security Question and a Security Answer field. Enter your security answer as you have entered while filling the registration form and click on "Submit" button.
3. You will now get a link to reset your password in your mail, wherein you can follow the procedure (explained in the mail itself) to reset your password.
Congrats! Your password has been reset.
