Click on the "Request" button after you are done. If all the mandatory fields are filled, a page is opened displaying the message "Registration request is successfully created. The administrator will now manually approve and activate your account". Click on "Continue" button below this message. Your request will get processed.
If you have left any mandatory field blank, an error message window will pop up on your screen stating which of those mandatory fields you have left blank. Fill them to place your request.
