We recommend to use following policies to ensure secure use of application.

• Always apply any vendor supplied patches for your Operating System, browser etc
• Install a virus scanner and ensure it is updated regularly
• Do not store your credentials with your laptop
• Keep your password private (e.g. do not leave post-its stuck to the monitor) and do not tell it to
  anyone - even people posing as administrators
• Do not use untrusted computers (e.g. Internet Cafés, Friends’/Home PCs)
• Always use the log out button
• Never follow links from emails you are not expecting
• Do not allow others to observe you entering your password
• Always log out at the end of a session
• Never continue if an "SSL Certificate is Invalid" message is displayed
• Never leave a session unattended - always log out or lock the screen
